Pietro’s is a family-owned and operated restaurant located in the central valley, the heart of wine country. Pietro’s originated in 1956 in Vacaville, California. The patriarch of the Murdaca family, Pietro Murdaca, opened the original location on Cernon Street shortly after immigrating from Southern Italy. In 1985, Pietro and his son Jim came to the valley to open Pietro’s of Lodi. The Murdaca family remains committed to three guiding principles; quality food, customer service, and respect for employees.
