Private Dining Policies
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of $100 by credit card is required to secure your event. The number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event. Should you need to cancel, we ask that Pietro’s be given a 72 hour notice. If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, your deposit of $100 may be forfeited and you will be charged the minimum food purchase fee.
Service Charge and Tax
A service charge of 15% and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all food and beverage purchases. All prices are subject to change.
